Over three decades of varied experience with a solid background in heading a business. Starting as a Sales Engineer in Tube Investments and then as Product Manager in Sterling Holidays, Senthil has a decade’s experience in sales and marketing, the need for discipline and process orientation and detailed grounding in Marketing. This was followed by a short stint in ABC Consultants in human relations and the recruitment area, followed by 20 years in Barry-Wehmiller, a consulting company offering solutions to the manufacturing industry. During this period as the company grew from 6 associates to many hundreds, played various roles including a Project Manager, Operations Manager, Business Development and finally, a Business Unit Head with complete P&L responsibility.
Senthil’s key skills are in Organization Development and Sales management. Since 2010, he has been solely responsible for global sales of Engineering Services for BWI growing the business from $4M to over $23M in a span of 4 years
